Section 30 in The Punjab Bovine Breeding Act, 2016
30. Power to remove difficulties.
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by an order published in the Official Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty.(2)The Government may issue such guidelines to the Authority as it deems fit for the purpose of implementation of the provisions of this Act.
