Section 9(1) in The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Rules, 2004
(1)If the Registrar, after being satisfied by an inquiry is of the opinion that any ground(s) for disqualification exist(s) in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance, he may appoint an Ad-hoc Executive Committee in accordance with Section 24(l)(a) of the Ordinance.
