Section 14(1) in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2019
(1)The office space, staff and other facilities required by the Members of the Forum, for efficient functioning of the Forum shall be provided by the licensee.
