Section 35(3) in Vijaybhoomi University, Raigad Act, 2018
(3)Seats for admission in the University, for the students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jattis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Special Backward Category and handicapped students, shall be reserved as per the policy of the State Government :Provided that the total reservation in any case shall not exceed fifty per cent.
