Section 12(1) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Transmission of Electricity) Regulations, 2007
(1)Upon compliance by the applicant of all the conditions pertaining to the submission of documents, obtaining of permissions and publication of the notice and upon the expiry of the time for filing of the objections is over, the Commission may consider the application through a hearing or without hearing as it considers appropriate.
