(a)in relation to any Ordinance promulgated by the Government under Section 88 or Section 89 of the Government of India Act, 1935, as they apply in relation to Assam Acts made under the said Act,by the Governor, and in relation to any regulation made by the Governor under Section 92 of the said Act as they apply in relation to Assam Acts made by the Provincial Legislature; and
