Section 13 in The Gujarat Technological University Act, 2007
13. Authorities of University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)the Board of Governors,(ii)the Academic Council,(iii)the Finance Committee, and(iv)such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the regulations, to be the authorities of the University.
