For Respondent(s) :

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 16/07/2018 Heard on application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

The restoration application has been filed for a delay of 1033 days. I have considered the reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay.

In my considered view, the delay has not been sufficiently explained. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to condoned the delay in filing the restoration application.

In that view of the matter, the restoration application as well as application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act stand dismissed.
