Section 52(4) in State Bank of India General Regulations, 1955
(4)The [chief general manager] [Substituted by Resn. C.B.S.B.I., dated 29.3.1974 (w.e.f. 1-7-1974).] at each local head office shall be the ex-officio secretary of the Local Board constituted at that local head office, and the officer next senior in rank to him shall be the ex-officio deputy secretary.
