(1)An unconvicted prisoner (Under-Trial prisoner) or a convicted criminal prisoner in Class II shall be provided with soap, as may be prescribed from time to time for washing his clothes every Sunday.(2)Prisoners employed as cooks or on conservancy work may be provided with small size cake of any antiseptic soap per prisoner per week at Government cost.(3)Class I prisoners shall be given medium size bar of washing soap at Government cost per head per month.
