For the purpose of giving students an opportunity of acquiring professional knowledge of, and skill in, teaching special or technical subjects, arrangements may be made for their attendance at the College of Engineering, or the College of Agriculture or the School of Arts and Crafts, or such other institution as the Director may approve of.During a student's attendance at another institution he shall keep a diary showing the name of the work in which he is engaged and the time devoted to itAt the expiration of every three months the head of the institution in which the student is working shall forward to the head of training College or School a brief report on the conduct and progress of the student.
