Section 15(3) in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
(3)The Registrar shall not less than 15 clear days before the date fixed for the meeting, that is, in the case of a special meeting with the notice of the meetings issue a complete Agenda paper showing the business to be brought before the meeting.
