(a)all persons already appointed to the existing post as mentioned in Schedule I appended to these rules, in accordance with the Mizoram Finance and Accounts Service (Group A Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1986, the Mizoram Finance and Accounts Service (Group B Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1981, and the Mizoram Accounts and Treasury Officers Recruitment Rules, 1957, as amended from time to time; and
