(3)The Manager of a factory shall submit for the approval of the Chief Inspector plans and site plan, in [Triplicate] [Substituted for 'duplicate' vide Punjab Government Gazette L.S.P. III dated 19.3.1991.] of the building to be constructed or adapted for use as a canteen.
