Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Denatured Spirit and Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1971
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Denatured Spirit and Denatured Spirituous Preparations Rules, 1971.(2)These rules shall extend to all the areas of the State of Andhra Pradesh where the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 is in force.(3)These rules shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of October, 1970.
