Section 45(15)(a) in Himachal Pradesh Waqf Rules, 2016

(a)shall remove the Chief Executive Officer from office if at a special meeting of the Board called for the purpose, a resolution for such removal has been passed by a majority of not less than 3/4 of the total number of members; and
