(2)The term of office-(a)of one of the two members specified against serial number s 4 and 5 in Part I of the First Schedule shall be increased so as to expire on the 2nd day of April, 1958, and(b)of on of the seven members specified against serial numbers 7 to 13 in Part II of that Schedule shall be reduced so as to expire on the 2nd April, 1954.
