(1)The owner or agent shall provide adequate number of accurate and reliable survey instruments and materials for the proper carrying out of all survey and levelling work and for the preparation of plans and sections required under these regulations and no other instruments shall be used in connection with any such survey or levelling work.(2)The survey instruments so provided under sub-regulation (1) shall be checked, maintained and calibrated at regular intervals to maintain their accuracy level.
