Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code) Regulation 2004

1. Short title, commencement and interpretation.

- (i) This Regulation may be called the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code) Regulation 2004.

(ii)The Regulation shall be applicable to all Distribution Licensees in their respective licensed areas, in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

(iii)This Regulation shall come into force 3 months after the date of its publication in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
