94. Distribution of customs duty on exports of jute.
- One-half share of the customs duty on jute received by the Board of Trustees for the Improvement of Calcutta under sub-section (2) of section 84 of the Calcutta Improvement Act, 1911, shall be transferred, as often as it is received by the Board of Trustees for the Improvement of Calcutta, to the Board established under this Act.Supplemental provisions.
