Section 10 in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
10. Authorities.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely :-(i)the Senate;(ii)the Board of Management;(iii)the Academic Council;(iv)the Extension Council;(v)the Research Council;(vi)the Board of Studies;(vii)the Finance Committee; and(viii)such other bodies of the University as may be declared by the statues to be the authorities of the University.
