(1)After the objections, if any, preferred under Section 58-D have been disposed of, the authorised officer shall make an order specifying-(a)the lands (with Khasra Nos and area) commanded by the new canal;(b)the betterment contribution payable by each permanent holder in respect of the land specified under (a) above.
