Sri Avtar Singh holding brief of Sri Jaspreet Singh learned counsel for the appellant submits that Sri Jaspreet Singh is suffering from spondylitis and is not attending the court. He also submits that only Sri Jaspreet Singh is conducting this case. So, the name of other counsels may be deleted from the cause list.
Sri Hari Om Singh is present for the opposite parties. He also submits that except him, no other counsel is conducting this case. Accordingly, registry is directed to print the name of Sri Jaspreet Singh as counsel for the appellant and Sri Hari Om Singh, as counsel for the opposite parties. In the cause list, the name of rest counsels may be deleted. List on 05.08.2010.
