This contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 12/02/2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1426 of 2011 (Dattatrey Rao Kale vs. The State of M.P. & others).
It is observed that respondents No. 1 to 3 may no longer be occupying the post in which capacity they were joint as contemnor.
At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that State had filed W.A. No.1928 of 2019, wherein this Court vide order dated 08/02/2021 directed to maintain status quo with regard to possession and the record of the disputed lands, therefore, it seems that this contempt petition is not maintainable.
In view of the aforesaid, this contempt petition is disposed of in light of the order passed in WA No.1928 of 2019 and a liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate proceedings, if occasion so arises.
With the aforesaid observation, this contempt petition is disposed of.
