Section 56 in The Indian Nursing Council Regulations

(1)(a)The Chairman of a committee of the whole Council shall be the same as for a meeting of the council.(b)The Chairman of a committee appointed by the Council shall be appointed by the Council at the time of the appointment of the Committee.(2)The proceedings of the committee shall be conducted in accordance with the regulations contained in this part, provided that such regulations may at any time be relaxed at the direction of the Chairman.
