(c)he shall exercise such other power as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Regulations or as may be required, from time to time, by the Board or the Vice-Chancellor with respect to matters pertaining to accounts and finances of the Vishwavidyalaya for which he shall be directly responsible to the Vice-Chancellor;
