Section 465(1)(i) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003

(i)that, in any street or portion of street specified in such notice, the elevation and construction of the frontage of all buildings or any class of buildings, hereafter to be erected or re-erected shall, in respect of their architectural features, be such as the Corporation may consider suitable to the locality; or
