445. Other laws not to be disregarded.
- Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, nothing contained in this Act shall be constructed to authorised the Municipality or any municipal authority or any officer or other employee of the Municipality to disregard any law for the time being in force.Chapter - XLIII Rules and Regulations
