Section 2(e) in The M.P. Janpad Panchayat (Management of Ferries) Rules, 1999
(e)"Personal ferries" means ferries which arc not public or private or Panchayat ferries and are meant exclusively for entertainment purposes and not for carrying passengers and goods;
