Section 2(x) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(x)"Chief Medical Officer" means the Medical Officer deputed by the State Government to the Authority from the Senior Selection Grade of the Health Service taken on deputation by the State Government with the concurrence of the authority and appointed in the authority.
