Section 31(1) in The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 1996
(1)The Central Executive Committee may invite any person to participate in the deliberations of its meetings, whose assistance or advice, is considered useful in performing any of its function, under the Act.
