Section 1 in Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Transfer Scheme 2000
1. Short title and commencement.
- This Scheme may be called the Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Transfer Scheme, 2000.(2)This Scheme shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan and also to such Assets, Liabilities, Proceedings and Personnel of the Rajasthan State Electricity Board outside the State of Rajasthan.(3)This Scheme shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
