Section 1 in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees) Regulations, 2007
1. Short title, commencement and interpretation.
(1)These regulations may be called the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees) Regulations, 2007.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.(3)They extend to the State of West Bengal.
