Section 6 in The Bangalore Metro Railway (Carriage and Ticket) Rules, 2011

6. Diseases declared to be infections and contagions.

- No person suffering from any declared infectious or contagious diseases including the followings, shall travel in the Bangalore metro railway, namely:-
(a)cerebro-spinal meningitis;
(b)chicken-pox;
(c)cholera
(d)diphtheria;
(e)measles;
(f)mumps;
(g)scarlet fever;
(h)typhus fever;
(i)typhoid fever;
(j)whooping cough
