Section 5(3) in Telangana Small Causes Courts Act, 1330 F
(3)When the Judge is absent a [Senior Civil Judge] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Additional Judge or Subordinate Judge' wherever they occur the words 'Senior Civil Judge' substituted by Act No.29 of 1997.] may exercise all the powers of the Judge.
