Section 1 in Kerala Motor Transport Workers' Payment of Fair Wages Act, 1971
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Motor Transport WorkersÂ’ Payment of Fair Wages Act, 1971.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of April, 1969.
