22. Power of State Government to issue directions.
- The State Government may issue such general or special directions to the Regulating Authorities, consistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, as in its opinion are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act or for giving effect to any of the provisions contained therein or in any rules or orders made thereunder.
