Section 3A(1) in The Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016
(1)The enrolling agency shall, at the time of enrolment of a child, seek the consent of the parent or guardian of the child, and inform the parent or guardian, the details specified under sub-section (2) of section 3.
