(4)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (6), the Director of Public Instructions, West Bengal shall be the pension or gratuity sanctioning authority for all employees including approved part-time teachers and approved contractual whole-time teachers, who will be absorbed in the University under this section, as per the service conditions being applicable to them, if any.
