Section 69 in The Bihar Co-operative Societies Rules, 1959

69. Reference to District Judge.

(1)Any party to a dispute under Section 48 desiring that the case may be stated and referred to the District Judge for decision under sub-Section (8) of the said Section shall within thirty days from the date of occurrence of the notice of reference under the Section, make a petition in writing to the Registrar to that effect.
(2)Any person exercising the power of a Registrar or any arbitrator appointed under Section 48 may, at any stage of the reference or hearing of the dispute, if he considers it advisable, move the Registrar for action under sub-Section (8) of the said Section and for this purpose forward the record of the case to him with statement of the reasons for making a reference to the District Judge, on receipt of which the Registrar shall give a decision thereon.Service of Summons or Notice
