(4)Where the society violates the provisions of sub-section (1) or (2), the society shall he liable to deposit such amount as may be prescribed within three months from the date of notice issued by the Registrar and if the society fails to deposit the amount within the aforesaid time, the society shall be treated as defunct under Section 34.] [Inserted by M.P.
