1. Rule. Learned APP waives service.
2. This application has been filed seeking parole leave for 30 days on the ground of preferring an appeal before the High Court.
3. Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent State. Having perused the case papers and the cause stated in the application, this court finds substance in the application to grant parole leave. The applicant is, therefore, ordered to be enlarged on parole leave for a period of 15 days from the date of his actual release on usual terms and conditions, including furnishing a bail bond of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of the jail authority. The applicant shall surrender to the jail authority on expiry of the parole leave. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
