Section 9A(1) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(1)The Member of any cell of District Legal Aid and Advice Committee, not being a member of District or Taluka Legal Aid and Advice Committee, shall be paid travelling and daily allowances as are admissible to Grade I Officials of the State Government to Members of Cell for District Committee. The Members of Cell for Taluka Committee shall be paid Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance as are admissible to Grade I officials of the State Government.
