(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006.(2)It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different areas or for different provisions of this Code.
