Section 7(7)(iii) in The Orissa State Lottery Rules, 1983

(iii)[ In fact of prizes of Rs. 1,000 and below the prize winning numbers will not be drawn in full but a combination of last digits (five, four, etc.) as may be necessary relating to the number of Prizes in each series looking to the number of tickets in that series will be drawn separately.
