Section 162(3)(e) in The Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993

(e)[ The application for renewal of pollution licence shall be submitted atleast 15 days in advance of the expiry of licence, failing which late fee at the rate of Rs. 100 per week shall be charged.
