1. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by Mr.Kunal Sharma, the learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the Official Liquidator.
2. Reply be filed within a period of two weeks from today. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that by an order of this Court dated 21.05.2020, 50% of the amount admitted by the Official Liquidator to be due to the applicant, that is, 50% of Rs.2,31,55,641/-, was directed to be released to the applicant. The amount claimed in the present application is including the remaining 50% of said amount.
4. As the amount already stand admitted by the Official Liquidator, it is directed that the remaining amount out of Rs.2,31,55,641/- be released to the applicant by the Official Liquidator within a period of two weeks from Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SHALOO BATRA Signing Date:20.10.2022 14:00:02 today.
