Bhagalpur University by which the date of absorption in the University service has been shifted to 28.02.1982 after almost 30 years of service vide Notification No.71/2010. The similar matters are listed for hearing after notice at the stage of admission itself.
List this matter along with C.W.J.C. No.10844 of 2010. In the meantime, learned counsels for the State, University and the Chancellor would seek instructions and file counter affidavits.
Till further orders of this Court, the University Notification No.B-/7717-7889 dated 26.06.2010, shall remain in abeyance with all consequential effect.
