(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Manipal Education' Foundation, Manipal originally registered as the Manipal Pai Foundation; Manipal under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Central Act No. 2 of 1882) at Registration No. 41/1991-92, Book No. IV, Volume No. 87, Pages 477-486 of 1991-92 dated 25.03.1992 in the office of Sub-Registrar, Udupi (Karnataka) and its name was changed vide Registration No. 167/2010-11, Book No. IV, Volume No. 4. Pages 1-3 of 201011 dated 27.1.2011, in the office of Sub-Registrar, Udupi (Karnataka) as Manipal Education Foundation, Manipal;
