Section 2(b) in The Indian Naval Armament Act, 1923
(b)"ship" means any boat, vessel, battery or craft, whether wholly or partly constructed, which is intended to float or is capable of floating, on water, and includes all equipment belonging to any ship;(bb)[ "States" denotes all the territories for the time being comprised within Part A States and Part C States] [Inserted by the A.O. 1950.]; and
